How to Ensure the Tape Stays Secure:

1. Check the Adhesive Quality

   • After receiving your extensions, take one piece and fold it in half to test if the tape can be easily torn off.

   • If it tears easily, there may be a problem with the adhesive. Please contact us for a replacement.

2. Proper Installation Technique

   • Use an appropriate amount of hair—neither too little nor too much.

   • Too little hair may cause strain and hair loss, while too much hair prevents proper adhesion.

3. Avoid Contaminating the Tape

   • Do not touch the adhesive with your fingers to avoid grease or dust compromising the bond.

4. Post-Installation Care

   • Do not wash your hair for at least 48 hours after installation.

   • Avoid using conditioner or gel near the adhesive area.

Hair Care Instructions

Brushing & Daily Maintenance

• Gently brush your hair after showering using a soft bristle or extension-specific brush.

• Start from the ends and work your way up, brushing in a downward motion.

• Press the tape panels together daily to maintain a strong bond.

Styling Guidelines

• Minimize Heat Use:
  Heat is one of the biggest enemies of hair extensions. Frequent use of blow dryers, flat irons, and curling wands can reduce the lifespan of your extensions.
  👉 Do not apply heat directly to the tape tabs—this will weaken the adhesive.

• Drying:
  Let your hair air dry whenever possible.
  Never sleep with wet hair.

• Brush Regularly:
  Brush your hair a few times a day to avoid tangles and matting.

Hair Styling Products

• Use a lightweight leave-in conditioner, but avoid applying near the bonds. Apply from mid-shaft to ends only.

• Avoid products containing alcohol as they can dry out your extensions.

• Confirm with your stylist that your shampoo, conditioner, and styling products are extension-safe.

Hair Oils

• Oils like Argan, Coconut, and other essential oils are great for your natural hair, but should never be applied near the bonds or tape.

Sleeping Tips

• Never sleep with wet hair.

• Tie your hair in a loose ponytail or braid to prevent tangling.

• Avoid sleeping with Clip-In extensions, as they may damage your natural hair.

Exercise & Swimming

• Chlorine and salt water can cause tangling and matting.
  👉 Use a swim cap or keep your hair tied up to protect it.

• Always wash and condition your hair immediately after swimming.

• Tie hair up during workouts to reduce sweat and movement friction.

Summer Care

• Sun exposure, chlorine, and salt water can dry out extensions and weaken the bonds.

• Be cautious with sunscreen and skin products—keep them away from the tape and bonds.
