At Hersfashionclub, we now offer returns for selected brands as an additional paid service.

  • A full list of eligible brands and their return terms is provided below.

  • To use this service, it must first be activated on your account. Once activated, you will be able to return products ordered from Hersfashionclub starting from the activation date.

How We Account for Fees Related to Returns

How We Deduct Fees for Returns of Goods

  • For certain brands with returns activated on your account, we may add a commission upfront, allowing you to return products at no extra charge. This acts as a returns insurance, providing convenience and cost predictability.

  • For other brands, a return fee is charged for each accepted return.

    • Example: If you buy a product for $50 and the return fee is 20%, $10 will be deducted from your Hersfashionclub account. You will then be refunded $40 Canadian.

Return Deadlines

  • Please send back any items within 7 days of receiving them.

  • Returns are not accepted after 14 days, and the items will be considered your property.

  • If you wish to have the items returned after this period, you will be responsible for shipping costs according to our standard price list.

Return Policy: Product Condition

  • Items must be in pristine condition with no signs of use or damage.

  • Pack the products securely, as they were originally delivered.

  • Soiled items or items with a noticeable smell of wear will be returned to you at your expense.

  • Return shipping costs follow our standard delivery rates.

Once we receive your returned items, you will be notified promptly regarding their condition.

2. Do we provide a return label?
No. Products must be returned at your own expense.

3. What happens if a package is not picked up by the customer?

  • Paid and shipped orders are treated as sold goods.

  • If a customer fails to pick up a package and it is returned, it may be considered a return with related fees deducted.

  • If the product cannot be returned, we can reship it at your cost using the cheapest possible delivery option.

  • A return fee of 20% per package will be charged if the return is not due to an address error on our part.

4. When will I receive a refund?

We only issue store credit. Once we receive and process the returned item, store credit will be issued for your next purchase.

Processing times may vary by brand and are calculated from the date we accept the returned package for processing.

5. What happens if Hersfashionclub rejects the return?
Your return may be rejected if:

  • The product does not meet return conditions (e.g., time limit exceeded, product not eligible).

  • The product shows signs of use or damage.

In such cases, we will promptly contact you for instructions. Additional shipping costs may apply for return shipments. Occasionally, we may consolidate packages and return them in bulk.
